My ears are bleeding (Vent)

I really hate loud noises, and I know that the only thing you can really do is just try to tolerate it until you can get away. But there is always so much bulls*** you can take. and I have deal with it basically every day. I'm seriously thinking my sanity is starting to get damaged, and I'll be surprised if I'm not half deaf from all the screaming.
